We are Fireside, two friends from Jersey that specialise in over the fire asado cookery and outdoor catering. We provide the unique opportunity to have high-end outdoor cooking right on the beach in St Brelade's Bay, with our partner company Sunnyside Deckchairs. We can also come to you and provide catering on site at your chosen location!

We pride ourselves in using the highest quality ingredients, locally sourced from the island where possible.
